Rules & Regulations
Field & Ball
Field dimensions: 60 x 40 yards. Goals: 6' x 12'. Size 5 ball. Home team supplies the game ball.
Players
5 field players + 1 goalkeeper (6v6). Maximum roster: 10 players. Minimum 4 players to start a match. One team per division per player. Roster locks after Game 2.
Co-Ed Rules
Minimum 2 female field players at all times. A female goalkeeper does not count toward the minimum. Maximum 4 male field players.
Over-30 & Over-40 Divisions
Over-30: One restricted GK (ages 25–27), two players ages 28+, all remaining players must be 30+. Restricted GKs must stay in the defensive third.
Over-40: One restricted GK (ages 30–34), two players ages 35+, all remaining players must be 40+. Restricted GKs must stay in the defensive third.
The Game
Two 25-minute halves with a 3-minute halftime. No offside rule. No slide tackling. Game time is forfeit time — if your team is not ready, the match is forfeited.
Cards & Discipline
Yellow card: 2-minute sit-out penalty. Two yellows in one game = red card.
Red card: Player is ejected from the match, suspended for the next match, and the team plays down one player.
Points System
Forfeit games are scored 3–0. Tiebreakers: Wins > Goals For > Goals Against.
Championship
1st place vs 2nd place after 7 regular season games. If tied after regulation: 10-minute overtime, then penalty kicks.
Three-Line Violation
The ball may not cross all three field lines (both sidelines and the midline) without touching the ground or another player. Violation results in an indirect free kick for the opposing team.
Equipment
Waivers & ID
All players must have a photo ID on file with the league and a signed, notarized waiver before participating in any match.
